Moving Forward Project

The Learning Community has secured 3 years of funding from CABWI to deliver the Moving Forward project.

The Moving Forward compliments The Moving On Up project very nicely as once you have broken down barriers to employment, we can then work on your skills to secure employment.

ARE YOU 16 - 30 YEARS OLD? DO YOU WANT TO SECURE YOUR DREAM JOB WITH AN EMPLOYER OF CHOICE? DO YOU NEED OUR HELP?

We are here to help you.

The focus will be to:

• Increase Confidence And Motivation

• Ensure Social And Digital Inclusion

• Receive 1 – 1 Support Or Group Support

• Agree An Individual Journey Plan

• Set Personal Goals

• Remove Barriers To Employment.  Receive Pre Employment Training and Support

• Identify And Explore Suitable Job Opportunities

• Identify that job of choice

• Work on your interview skills to secure your chosen job

• Increase Maths And English skills

• Secure your dream job!

Each beneficiary will receive 10 hours direct support from The Learning Community as well as pathways to collaborative provision and opportunities.
