Moving On Up Project

The Learning Community have successfully secured funding from The Terry and Liz Brammall Foundation to deliver a 3 year programme to support 18 – 25 years olds progress in their lives.

Do you live in Rotherham, aged 18-25 years and looking for support to move on with your life?  If so, this project is for you as the only way is UP!

The focus will be to:

• Increase Confidence And Motivation

• Ensure Social And Digital Inclusion

• Remove Barriers To Employment.  Receive Pre Employment Training and Support

• Identify And Explore Suitable Job Opportunities

• Increase Maths And English skills

• Receive 1 – 1 Support Or Group Support

• Agree An Individual Journey Plan

• Set Personal Goals

The Moving On Up project is all about positive change and inclusion.

Each beneficiary will receive 7 hours direct support from The Learning Community as well as pathways to collaborative provision and opportunities.
